Users receive the right to use the services of the site www.elife.digital only for personal / non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed with “Trade State” Ltd. The use of parts of text, photo and video materials from this site is allowed provided that the source is indicated – for print media, radio stations and television, and a link to www.elife.digital – for websites is added.

It is strictly forbidden to reprint entire materials and use photos and videos from the site www.elife.digital, without the express written consent of “Trade State” Ltd., regardless of whether the source is indicated or a link to it. Any such action will be prosecuted by Trade State Ltd. in court with all the categoricalness and strictness of the law. The removal of the trademark or other trademark marks, whether the holder is Trade State Ltd or a third party, is possible only with the express prior consent of the owner. Trade State” Ltd. has the right to remove from its page, including from the forums under the materials, opinions containing:

• Incitement to cruelty, violence, or instillation of intolerance among citizens;

Trade State Ltd. reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages and claims of third parties as a result of violation of these Terms of Use and / or unauthorized use of the services on the site www.elife.digital.
