Users receive the right to use the services of the site www.elife.digital only for personal / non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed with “Trade State” Ltd. The use of parts of text, photo and video materials from this site is allowed provided that the source is indicated – for print media, radio stations and television, and a link to www.elife.digital – for websites is added.
It is strictly forbidden to reprint entire materials and use photos and videos from the site www.elife.digital, without the express written consent of “Trade State” Ltd., regardless of whether the source is indicated or a link to it. Any such action will be prosecuted by Trade State Ltd. in court with all the categoricalness and strictness of the law. The removal of the trademark or other trademark marks, whether the holder is Trade State Ltd or a third party, is possible only with the express prior consent of the owner. Placing links to materials in www.elife.digital is free.
Trade State” Ltd. has the right to remove from its page, including from the forums under the materials, opinions containing:
• Obscene words or expressions, as well as any forms of insult contrary to good manners;
• National, political, ethnic, religious, racial, gender or other discrimination or incitement to racist acts and / or insults against minorities;
• Incitement to cruelty, violence, or instillation of intolerance among citizens;
• Any forms of insult against www.elife.digital, the authors and owners of the site.
Trade State” Ltd. does everything possible to maintain accurate, accurate and up-to-date information on its website, without excluding the possibility of accidental inconsistencies or omissions. Trade State Ltd. does not administer personal data, does not accept and does not store personal data of its users, except in rare cases in which through the site www.elife.digital it is necessary to enter two names when publishing a photo in the Gallery, as well as statistical information about the site traffic. Due to the nature of the Internet as a global network, the exchange of information cannot always be fully protected and no guarantees can be given that any part of the information will not reach unauthorized persons. Also, no system is absolutely secure and protected from hacker attacks or data manipulation. Trade State Ltd. may provide the collected statistical information on the site traffic to advertisers / advertising agencies, which keep statistics on the number of entries, etc. actions of users on their advertising banners and links, as well as to compile internal statistics for the purposes of direct marketing (their own and their partners).
